Job Description
- Provide office and administrative support. Running of a business, fielding telephones calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Dealing with email enquiries.
- Dairy management and arranging appointments looking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- Excellent communication skills.
